Mensen är när ett av kvinnans ägg och medföljande hinna åker ut ut kroppen. Detta börjar att hända när man kommer in i puberteten oftast när man är 12-14 år och slutar när man kommer in i klimakteriet runt 50-årsåldern. Det är normalt med 21-30 dagars mellanrum. Ungefär en vecka innan menstrueringen ökar mängden vätska i kroppen vilket gör så att du blir mer lättretad och känslig. Det kallas pms.
